KPOP-TV won big at the 2018 Telly Awards!
The 24 hour K-Pop television station won in the General Education, Non-Broadcast category of the Telly Awards for their “The History of K-Pop” segment!
“The History of K-Pop” beat over 12,000 entries from five different countries to take home third place in its category.
“The History of K-Pop” was a segment which chronicled the inception of K-Pop music all the way through to present generation K-Pop groups like BIGBANG, TWICE and more.
It was created by KPOP-TV for Towson University’s Asian Arts and Culture Center, which held an interactive gallery exhibit called “The Korean Wave!” last year.
