Even the lyrics have some icy references, as the song likens the ups and downs of a relationship to be like a milkshake – which can be good or bad depending on what gets blended in. It’s definitely a song to cool us down during these hot summer days!
In their special performance video of the song, Bling Bling embraces the summer aesthetic and the girls dress in cute, summerfied tennis outfits! This is a nice complement to the song, as it allows the members to really show off their cute and playful sides – something very different compared to their hard-hitting 1st single from the album “Oh Mama.” All in all, “Milkshake” is a song that really highlights Bling Bling’s individual charms, and brings a fresh vibe just in time for summer.
